We do our best to ensure that all orders of items in stock are shipped within 2 days. Although during holidays or peak periods this may take a few extra days.
Puerto Rico: Orders will be shipped Mondays thru Fridays excluding holidays. All domestic orders will be shipped via USPS. IMPORTANT: Please use both lines provided at checkout for shipping address.
United States: Orders will be shipped Mondays thru Fridays via USPS.

How do you ship packages?
At the moment we have warehouses in Puerto Rico and we ship products there to customer’s address.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide shipping on all orders around the world. However, there are some location we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located outside Puerto Rico or United States, please contact us at email@example.com before placing order.
Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages.
