All returns must be sent to our Return Service Center at the purchaser's expense with the original packing. Since we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item if missed, lost or stolen, as proof of your return, we recommend that you always save the shipping receipt from the carrier. Once we have received your return, and evaluate the integrity of the piece, we will issue your refund if applicable. Pieces on SALE are always a final sale.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Items such as earrings cannot be returned for sanitary reasons.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
